The celebration begins with a parade at 11:00 am in downtown Highland Park. The Parade is followed by Fourth Fest at Sunset Woods Park, which includes a petting zoo, pony rides, food and music. Fireworks by the City of Highland Park are at dusk at Wolters Field.
