Splashing Hands Kung Fu Classes
Splashing Hands Kung Fu is an extremely practical, no-nonsense, street-effective fighting system that with practice develops rapid and effective conflict management solutions.  It combines jabs, punches, elbows, hammer-fists, chops and finger pokes thrown with blinding, machine gun-like rapidity, along with quick, shuffling footwork and low-focused straight leg kicks. It prepares the fighter physically and mentally to engage any combat or tactical situation with or without weapons.

Hsing-I Mind Boxing Kung Fu Classes
Hsing-I, (translated from Chinese as Mind Boxing, Mind/Heart Boxing), is an internal system of Chinese boxing, meditation, qigong, and combative techniques that was developed in ancient China by Taoist monks. During the years 1127-1276 AD Hsing-I was popularized by General Fueh Fei who taught it to his troops during that period. Hsing-I goes far beyond a system of punching and kicking, it is rooted in the ancient Taoist philosophies of the five element theory and in Chinese healing. Hsing-I is a practical fighting system that has been used for centuries for effective self defense.

Sparring and Fighting Applications Class
Every week students at our school learn many different ways of self defense and defensive tactics. Fighting applications and sparring are involved in every class however this is the time to hone them to perfection. This weekly class is designed for students to take those techniques and make them both natural and adaptable to combat. We put a special emphasis on being mentally functional in combat. This class is not about an individual’s ego, but a chance for fighters of various skill levels to get together and help each other grow without injuring one another and with the greatest integrity.
